At Hedges & Highways Homestead, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.
Food & Beverage Items
Due to the perishable nature of our cold-pressed juices, wellness shots, baked goods, and other food items, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been delivered.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a quality issue, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include photos when possible. We will review each situation individually and work toward a fair resolution.
Jewelry & Non-Perishable Items
Unused jewelry and non-perishable items may be returned within 3 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned once worn.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Custom Orders
Custom and personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
